Mail Tip #6

If you are planning a mailing that will include a postage-paid card or envelope (called Business Reply Mail), be aware that the US Postal Service has specific requirements for the format of the reply piece. Contact MIT Mail Services, x3-6000, to review your current design, or for help with the proper format of your card or envelope before it is designed and printed. This can save you money, reduce MIT's Business Reply costs, and give your correspondents the full benefit and convenience of Reply Mail.
