Annual Killian Lecture postponed

Originally slated for Tuesday, April 20, event will take place in the fall

The 38th annual James R. Killian Jr. Faculty Achievement Award Lecture, originally scheduled to take place on Tuesday, April 20, has been postponed.

Because of flight delays caused by ash from Iceland's Eyjafjallajokull volcano, Professor Rudolf Jaenisch, who was this year's award recipient, has been unable to return from a trip abroad.

His lecture will be rescheduled for early September, and the new date announced when it has been confirmed.
