Gamelan Galak Tika kicks off a season of 10th-anniversary events by welcoming back its founders, master masked dancer I Nyoman Catra (above) and Bali's foremost female composer and drummer Desak Made Suarti Laksmi for "From Bali to Boston: 10 Years and Counting," on Sunday, Nov. 17 at 3 p.m. in Kresge Auditorium. The community ensemble led by Professor Evan Ziporyn will perform both traditional Balinese and new works.
