The MIT-Haitian "Best Practices for Reconstruction" Symposium is hosting a community open house on Friday, Oct. 22, to discuss potential collaborative projects between MIT faculty and Haitian universities.
The open house, which is sponsored by the Office of the Dean for Undergraduate Education, will take place from 3:15 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Marriott Cambridge. It will feature a summary of the symposium and some of the collaborations that have been formed. The focus will be on possibilities of using open educational resources and technology-enabled education.
The event is hosted by OEIT, with the supportive partnership of OCW, BLOSSOMS, TEAL, Hyperstudio, STAR, and iLabs.
