A Blue Cross/Blue Shield representative will hold office hours at the Benefits Office in Rm E19-411 on March 12, April 9 and May 14. Employees and retirees enrolled in Blue Cross Option 2 (out-of-state only), Blue Choice, Medex and Managed Blue for Seniors may meet with the representative to discuss problems they were unable to resolve by calling their plan's customer service representative.
