Day-long health event slated

A new Health and Wellness Fair sponsored by the Benefits Office will be held on Thursday, Oct.16 in the West Lounge on the second floor of the Stratton Student Center. Attendees may choose from a variety of one-hour seminars on wellness education, conducted by representatives from MIT's health insurance carriers as well as the Family Resource Center and Campus Police (see schedule below).

This is the first time that the Benefits Office is offering such an event; feedback will be used in developing future health and wellness initiatives. Faculty and staff are eligible to attend regardless of whether or not they are enrolled in health insurance at MIT.
