Grants in energy, technology and international affairs are available for advanced MIT doctoral students collaborating with a faculty member on any international aspect of energy, environment and international affairs, the Center for International Studies has announced.
Projects may include research on energy issues in developing countries, on the relationship between energy and security or energy and the environment, and a broad range of topics in international affairs. Both summer research and academic-year funding will be awarded. Academic year awards will be in the form of a standard RA position, including tuition and stipend. Summer research grants will be up to $5,000 and may cover travel, living costs and other expenses.
