The restaurant formerly known as Networks reopened last week in the same location (first floor of the Stratton Student Center) with a different name: Courses. The new eatery offers a full breakfast menu and many different options for lunch and dinner, including a good variety of entrees with vegetarian options, made-to-order and pre-made sandwiches, soups, salads, and pastries and desserts. The restaurant is open Monday-Friday 7am-11pm and weekends 8:30am-11pm.
