The Rev. Peter Gomes to speak at MIT on 'The Bible and Matthew Shepard'

CAMBRIDGE, Mass.--The Rev. Peter J. Gomes, Pusey Minister at Harvard University's Memorial Church and the Plummer Professor of Christian Morals, will discuss "The Bible and Matthew Shepard: A Conversation About Homosexuality and the Teachings of Christian Scripture" Wednesday, March 17 at 7pm in the main dining room at the Religious Activities Center, Building W11, 40 Massachusetts Avenue at the corner of Amherst Street. The talk is sponsored jointly by the Lutheran-Episcopal Ministry and the Office of the Dean of Students and Undergraduate Education (ODSUE).
