Tutors needed in Cambridge

Cambridge School Volunteers, Inc., which recruits, trains and places volunteers in Cambridge public schools, is looking for volunteer tutors.

Tutors are needed for most subjects in elementary school classrooms, libraries and homework centers, and to tutor high school students in math, science, social studies, Macintosh computers and English as a second language.

Tutors can work at Cambridge Rindge and Latin High School from 7:30-8:12am, from 8:15am-2:30pm or from 2:30-3:30pm. Tutors at elementary schools are needed from 2-4pm each day.

Anyone interested in volunteering a few hours a week may call 349-6794 or send e-mail to csv@cps.ci.cambridge.ma.us.
