IS&T's Enterprise Subscription Consolidates WebEx Conferencing Options at MIT

Faculty and staff now have direct access to the Cisco WebEx web conferencing service at discounted rates and with a broader set of services.
Information Services and Technology (IS&T) is pleased to announce a trial enterprise subscription to the Cisco WebEx web conferencing service. While WebEx has been available on campus through individual and group accounts in departments, labs, and centers (DLCs), this enterprise subscription consolidates Cisco WebEx options at MIT.

Faculty and staff now have direct access to Cisco WebEx at discounted rates and with a broader set of services. Please note that while only faculty and staff may initiate sessions or schedule conferences, anyone may participate in WebEx meetings.

MIT's WebEx site requires personal certificates and a valid MIT account number (cost object). During the trial period, through June 2010, the cost object will be for tracking and reporting purposes only. Accounts will not be charged.
