The new course catalog, the MIT Bulletin 2000-2001, Courses and Degree Programs Issue, is now available for distribution to students, staff and faculty.
Students, staff and faculty members can pick up copies of the new course catalog in Rm 8-119 from 9:30am -4:30pm on Thursday, Aug. 24 through Tuesday, Sept. 5. MIT identification must be shown. When picking up copies for more than one person, please provide a list of those individuals' names.
In addition, faculty members can get catalogs in their department headquarters, and faculty and staff can pick up copies in the Distributed Mail Centers.
Beginning Wednesday, Sept. 6, copies will be available to the community in the Student Services Center, Rm 11-120; copies for alumni/ae will be available in the Alumni Center, Rm 10-110.
The MIT Bulletin is also available on the web, as are course descriptions and class schedules.
Applicants for admission to MIT may obtain catalog information by calling the special request line, (617) 253-2635. Within the United States, the MIT Bulletin is $5 per copy when mailed second class (with delivery in three to four weeks) and $8 per copy when mailed first class (with delivery in one week). Shipment to Canada or Mexico is $8; overseas locations are $16 per copy. Payment must be by international money order or check drawn on a US bank.
Throughout the year, copies of the MIT Bulletin are available to visitors on campus at $5 per copy at three locations: the MIT Coop in the Student Center, the MIT Press Bookstore at 292 Main St. in Kendall Square, and the MIT Coop in Kendall Square.
