Commencement volunteers needed

Volunteers are needed to assist at the Commencement Exercises on Friday, June 6.

Staff are needed to help assemble the graduates' section of the procession in the Johnson Athletics Center from 8-10am. In Killian Court, volunteers will serve as ambassadors to greet and assist guests from 8am-1pm. Assistance is also needed for the hooding ceremony for Doctoral Candidates in Rockwell Cage on 5 June. Half-day training sessions will be set up for the first week of June.

If you are interested in helping with the graduates' procession assembly, contact Ted Johnson, head assistant marshal, at <tej@mit.edu> for details. If you are interested in being an ambassador in Killian Court, send e-mail to <dferland@mit.edu>. You will receive additional details regarding the Court activities from Phil Walsh, marshal of the guests.
