At the conclusion of the IAP sessions on the finer points of decorum, President Charles M. Vest delivered a Commencement speech to "graduates" of Charm School. "All of us share your pride in completing this rigorous course of study. In the near future, you are going to change the world (for the better, of course), and then no one will care whether you use the right fork or drag your cuff through the punch bowl," Dr. Vest said.
