Team seeks input on reengineering

The Community Involvement Team wants to be sure it's hearing and answering the questions community members have about reengineering.

Since the beginning of the reengineering effort, there has been an anonymous e-mail address at <workout@mit.edu>. The team doesn't advocate doing away with that mechanism, but members believe it's necessary to explore other ways for the community to get answers to questions and concerns. For example, questions could be sent to the Community Involvement Team and then answered in a regular Q&A column for Tech Talk and also posted on the reengineering Web pages. Questions would be posed anonymously if desired by the questioner.

What other approaches should the team consider? Please send your ideas via e-mail to: <citeam@mit.edu>, or to team captain Janet Snover at x8-5993, Rm 16-535A.
