Mail Tip #2

(Tech Talk is presenting a series of suggestions devised by the reengineering Mail Team to help our large community make better use of the mails.)

Keep all your mailing lists curren -- those for campus mail as well as those for US mail. Take time to correct or delete incorrect, duplicate and incomplete names and addresses. This will save money for your department, save time for mail handlers, reduce waste and enhance the effectiveness of your mailings.
