Physical Plant customer service

As of mid-September, trash is being removed nightly in all academic and administrative buildings on campus (excluding residences, dormitories and areas maintained by Housing and Food Services).

Trash removal frequency was adjusted in response to requests made during last spring's consumer feedback meetings held by Physical Plant as part of its ongoing customer service initiative. Pickup of recycled materials is carried out on an as-needed basis.

Anyone with questions or comments about the service can contact George Pesaturo, manager of Building Services, at x3-4757 or . Those with questions about the overall customer service initiative can contact John Squillante at x8-7620 or . Members of the MIT community can notify Physical Plant of any chronic facilities problems by calling x3-6859.
