Blue Cross representative visits

A Blue Cross/Blue Shield representative will hold office hours at the Benefits Office in Rm E19-411 on March 12, April 9 and May 14. Employees and retirees enrolled in Blue Cross Option 2 (out-of-state only), Blue Choice, Medex and Managed Blue for Seniors may meet with the representative to discuss problems they were unable to resolve by calling their plan's customer service representative. To schedule an appointment, call x8-7489.
