Wolff Files Suit

Professor Cynthia G. Wolff of the Literature Section has filed suit against MIT, alleging that the Institute has failed to halt alleged verbal abuse and isolation directed at her by colleagues because of her views on scholarship and faculty hiring.

MIT expects to file a legal response to the suit this week. Dr. Wolff brought her suit April 7.
