Memorial service planned for Jane Phillips on Nov. 14

Family, friends and colleagues of the late Jane Phillips will gather for a service in her memory at the MIT Chapel on Monday, Nov. 14, at 2 p.m.

Phillips was an employee in accounts payable within the Office of the Vice President for Finance (VPF) from 1997 until she went on medical leave during spring 2011. Between 1994 and 1996, she worked at MIT as a temporary employee in several departments, including the registrar’s office and accounts payable.

Phillips died on Monday, Oct. 10., in Boston, Mass.

A reception immediately following the service is scheduled for 3 p.m. in W11, The Religious Activities Center, in the Main Dining Room. All are welcome to attend the service and reception.
