Memorial Mass for Del Castillo taking place Sunday, Sept. 11

A memorial Mass to celebrate the life of Nicolas E. Del Castillo will be held at 5 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 11, in the MIT Chapel (Building W15).

The Mass, which is open to the entire MIT community, will be followed by a reception with Del Castillo’s family at the Religious Activities Center (Building W11).

As previously reported, Del Castillo, an MIT sophomore, was found dead Sunday, Sept. 4, in the East Campus dormitory. All members of the MIT community who feel affected by this death are encouraged to contact Mental Health Services at 617-253-2916.
