MIT this month released an update to its popular iPhone application that features access to the Institute’s events calendar and many other features.

Among the many improvements in version 2.0 of the app are a search function for news; bookmarking of the campus map; sharing of news and events via Twitter; and quicker access to shuttle schedules.
