Two web sites have been added to the roster of MIT sites that have sprung up in response to the terrorist attacks.
The Center for Reflective Community Practice and the Committee on Campus Race Relations have established a secure web-based discussion forum called "Community Expressions," intended to support continued dialogue and expressions of views on the events of Sept 11. The site is solely for MIT students, faculty and staff.
Videos of all the teach-ins, as well as the Sept. 12 forum on Killian Court and the Sept. 17 Center for International Studies forum, can be downloaded from another new site, "MIT World."
The site, created by the Center for Advanced Educational Services, offers on-demand videos of seminars, colloquia and other presentations. It will eventually be a 24-hour web-based TV station.
Other MIT web sites concerning the attacks include "Re:constructions" created by the Program in Comparative Media Studies, and the Alumni Association's "Are You OK?" for alumni to check in.
