Remembering Danny Lewin '98

Author Molly Knight Rasking will speak about her new biography of Danny Lewin '98, "No Better Time: The Brief, Remarkable Life of Danny Lewin, the Genius who Transformed the Internet." The talk will take place on Thursday, Nov. 7 at 6 p.m. in 54-100.

"No Better Time" tells the story of Danny Lewin, who wrote a set of algorithms that would create a faster, better Internet — ideas born at MIT in partnership with his professor, Tom Leighton. Lewin died aboard American Airlines flight 11 on Sept. 11, 2001.
