Information for June 2013 degree candidates

Investiture of Doctoral Hoods: Thursday, June 6, 11:30 am
Commencement: Friday, June 7, 10 am

Regalia and tickets
Everything you need to know about regalia and tickets is available on the Commencement website. Please note that a regalia rental (or purchase) receipt and a photo ID are required to pick up tickets.

Accessibility
If you are a degree candidate with either a disability or a medical situation that would prevent you from assembling in the Johnson Athletics Center second floor and processing to Killian Court for Commencement, please call or email Dean Julie Norman by Friday, May 24 so that arrangements can be made. For assistance with arrangements at the Investiture of Doctoral Hoods on June 6, please contact Traci Swartz.

More info coming in May
Toward the end of May, all degree candidates will receive detailed information about reporting for Commencement. PhD and ScD candidates will receive a document about reporting for the Investiture of Doctoral Hoods, as well. Please watch your email and the Commencement website for these PDFs.
