- Arlene Ducao with OpenIR: Mapping ecological and risks revealed by infrared satellites for planners to use around the world
- Morgan O'Neill with Recovers.org: Helping towns recover after a disaster, Recovers.org is recent winner of MassChallenge
- Vitor Pamplona with EyeNetra: Working to improve eye care diagnostics by making eye exams portable and more affordable for doctors around the world
