Speaker: Joi Ito, MIT Media Lab director
Time: 6-9 p.m.
Location: 32-123

Join the MIT IDEAS Global Challenge and our special guest speaker Joi Ito, director of the MIT Media Lab, for a celebration of the spirit of innovation, entrepreneurship and public service. This year, more than 35 teams are working with communities around the world on challenges such as waste treatment; access to clean water, healthcare, education and transportation; disaster relief; and much more.

On Thursday, May 3, meet the teams entered this year and celebrate with us as we announce the teams that will be awarded up to $10,000 to make their ideas a reality. This is where ideas come to life!
