In 2011 the MIT Electric Vehicle Team (EVT) participated in the Isle of Man Tourist Trophy (TT), which is the oldest motorcycle race in the world (est. 1904). The results of the 2011 race can be found here.
This Monday, Sept. 17, the EVT will be hosting a delegation from the Isle of Man to promote the TT Zero (electric) motorcycle race and discuss the benefits of establishing a clean-tech business in the Isle of Man. The MIT electric motorcycle and other items will be on display.
All enthusiasts, entrepreneurs and engineers are welcome. Food will be provided though registration is required. Find out more information and register for free here. Location: Stata Center, Room 32-123. Registration starts at 6 p.m.
