More than 1,100 admitted students and their families will be on campus April 7 through April 10 for Campus Preview Weekend (CPW), the annual event sponsored by the Office of Admissions to give "prefrosh" a taste of life at MIT. In one jam-packed weekend, participants will check out MIT’s nearly 500 student activities, explore unique dormitory communities, attend MIT classes and enjoy the many dinners, barbeques, performances and social events hosted by our diverse student communities.
This year, all CPW attendees are also invited to attend the MIT150 Next Century Convocation — on the 150th anniversary of MIT’s charter signing — which is being held at the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center (BCEC), on Sunday, April 10, at 2 p.m.
