Members of the MIT community are invited to visit with more than 100 suppliers of goods and services on Thursday, Sept. 30, at the MIT VPF Provider Fair.
Suppliers at the fair will display products such as scientific/laboratory supplies, office supplies, hotel, airline, travel agencies, copier equipment, computers, furniture and more; suppliers will also be available to answer questions.
The fair gives suppliers and attendees a chance to discuss how to achieve MIT’s supplier-consolidation goal of reducing costs while enhancing the quality of goods and services. The provider fair is a great opportunity to also meet MIT’s internal providers. The event will take place from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. under a tent on McDermott Court (outside Building 54 and Building 18), rain or shine. Refreshments will be available.
