Fourth-annual Sales Conference taking place May 7

The annual Sales Conference — being held May 7 at the Hyatt in Cambridge — will again bring together the top minds from industry and education for a day of hands-on learning in sales. The fourth-annual event, hosted by the MIT Sloan Sales Club, is now registering participants for the event.

Keynotes: This year’s conference is focused on "Entrepreneurship: How Companies Sell New Ideas." The morning keynote features Polly Sumner, Chief Acquisition Officer of salesforce.com — a company that broke the software sales mold with Software as a Service. At lunch, Bob Hoey, general manager of IBM, will talk about how you succeed in sales when the product is brand new and unknown.

People: Meet the thought leaders in entrepreneurship that know how to successfully sell ideas, whether you are a start-up or established corporation.

Networking: As the only student-run sales conference in the U.S., this is a unique opportunity to meet sales-minded students and industry leaders that are breaking quota and selling the latest innovations.

Agenda: Included in the conference are keynotes, panels and workshops where attendees can experience a diverse line up of thought leaders from tech to banking to startups.

Early bird registration pricing ends on April 23 — register today and be part of this one of a kind experience.
