Registration open for Z-Center cardboard regatta

Registration is now open for the 2008 Head of the Zesiger cardboard boat regatta, to be held Oct. 10 in the Zesiger Center pool.

The competition, which challenges teams to build cardboard crafts that can race across the pool, is open to all MIT students and members of the Department of Athletics, Physical Education and Recreation.

Registration will be capped at 21 teams. A $20 refundable deposit is required from each team.

Sign-ups will be held Sept. 23 and 25 at the Student Center from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., and Sept. 30 and Oct. 2 in Lobby 10 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
