Gov. Patrick plans major address April 9 at MIT-Sloan

Massachusetts Gov. Deval Patrick will deliver a major speech on the state's economy beginning at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, April 9, in the Wong Auditorium. The speech is free and open to members of the MIT community; doors open at approximately 10 a.m., but seating is available on a first-come-first-served basis.

The event marks Gov. Patrick's first official appearance at MIT since he was sworn in as the 71st governor of Massachusetts last year.

MIT President Susan Hockfield will introduce Gov. Patrick.
