The MIT News Office will publish the 2008 Institute Awards issue in print (MIT Tech Talk) and online on June 4 this year. The annual special section lists the names of winners of annual awards, by department, along with photographs where available.

Complete information on how to submit awards is available at /newsoffice/awards.html, but please note that the deadline is 5 p.m. on Friday, May 16, in order to be included in the awards issue. Do not submit Infinite Mile Awards or awards from outside organizations.

Any and all photographs are also welcomed and can be e-mailed to gillooly@mit.edu. Please send them as attachments, in .jpg format with a resolution of 300 dpi if possible. Please clearly identify the subjects and include the name of the photographer, as we cannot run them without that information.
