Republican senatorial candidate Jack E. Robinson brings his campaign to the MIT campus next Tuesday (October 10) by delivering a speech in Rm 6-120 at 7:30pm.
The event is being sponsored by the MIT Society for Campus Awareness, which hosted a Bill Bradley appearance last September before the primary election. The MIT College Republicans group is co-sponsoring Mr. Robinson's speech.
Mr. Robinson, who is opposing six-time incumbent Sen. Edward M. Kennedy (D-MA), fought his way onto the ballot despite opposition by Republican Party leaders and Governor Paul Cellucci.
Carla Howell of the Libertarian Party is also on the ballot.
