CEE recognizes six students

At the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering annual undergraduate awards dinner at the Boston Museum of Science on May 7, Ericka Moreno, a senior from San Francisco, was awarded the Steinberg Prize for academic achievement and demonstrable interest in construction management.

The Richard Lee Russel Award is given to outstanding undergraduates in the department who plan to continue with graduate study at the Institute or elsewhere. The four seniors who received this year's awards are Marnie A. Bell of Port Jefferson, NY; Radika Bhaskar of Lexington, MA; Beth Manoogian of Saugus; and Joy Su of East Lyme, CT.

The Leo '24 and Mary Grossman Award, given to an undergraduate with a strong interest in transportation and a strong academic record, went to Sam Park, a senior from Bellevue, WA.
