The MIT Women's League is soliciting donations of men's clothing (suits, shirts, ties and winter outerwear) to help international students get ready for job interviews.
These students are often faced with the predicament of having suitable clothing when they interview for their first summer jobs. Interviews are starting soon, so Kate Baty, director of the International Students Office, hopes to make clothing available to the students by mid-October.
Anyone with men's clothing to donate may leave items at the League Office, Rm 10-342, or at the Furniture Exchange (WW15, 350 Brookline St.).
Some international students also need bicycles and helmets. Anyone with a bike in reasonablely good condition they would like to donate may contact Ms. Baty at x3-4862.
