CAMBRIDGE, Mass.-- Kush Gulati, a PhD candidate in MIT's Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, has been named the first Maxim Integrated Circuits Fellow.
Mr. Gulati, the son of Mr. & Mrs. Manohar Lal Gulatti of New Delhi, India, received the Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the Delhi Institute of Technology in 1993. He earned the Master of Science from Vanderbilt University in 1995 and entered MIT the following September.
Mr. Gulati expects to receive the PhD in mixed signal integrated circuit design in December. He holds one patent and has another pending. He has published several articles, including articles in Solid-State Circuits and the IEEE Journal of Solid-State Circuits.
