Popular Libraries' Independent Activities Period programs return in IAPril

Ever wondered how find a patent, build a bibliography, protect your digital files or find free streaming multimedia? These are a few of the many topics covered in workshops offered by the MIT Libraries throughout the month of April. Think of it as Independent Activities Period (IAP), only warmer.

From research-related workshops such as Patent Searching Fundamentals and Advanced SciFinder, to cultural offerings including Dear Diaries — Before There Were Blogs and Arts and Culture Multimedia in the MIT Libraries, there's something for everyone.
All workshops take place in the Digital Instruction Resource Center (DIRC), 14N-132, with the exception of the Institute Archives' sessions, which will take place in 14N-118, and the MIT Libraries' Bookmobile, which will be in Lobby 10.
