All MIT students are invited to the MIT International Science and Technology Initiatives’s Open House from noon to 1 p.m. on Sept. 10 in Room E40-496.

Rooted in the "mens-et-manus" tradition, MISTI matches MIT students with tailored internship, research, and teaching opportunities abroad. If you can see yourself joining a team of BMW engineers in Germany, teaching entrepreneurship in South Africa, testing solar panels in Israel, or tackling a research problem at the Curie Institute in France, then you’re ready to join MISTI!

Stop by the MISTI Open House to learn more about our student programs. Speak with managers, MISTI alumni, and student ambassadors about international opportunities for undergrads and graduate students.

For the first time, MISTI will announce its Instagram contest and video competition winners:

MISTI Class of 2019 Instagram Competition — See #myMISTI submissions via Instagram

MyMISTI Video Contest for 2015 interns — See MISTI contest submissions via YouTube

Each year MISTI matchess more than 750 MIT students with hands-on, all-expenses-paid international internship, teaching, and research opportunities with the world's leading companies, labs, and non-governmental organizations. MISTI is MIT's flagship international education program and a part of the MIT School of Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences.
