News Office is moving

The News Office will move from Rm 5-111 on Thursday, March 22 and Friday, March 23 to a larger space, Rm 11-400, the fourth floor of Building 11.

Beginning at noon on March 22, phone service will be limited to emergency messages left on voicemail at the main number for the News Office: x3-2700. E-mail will be unavailable from Thursday at 4pm to Friday at 3pm.

The News Office will be back in business on Monday, March 26. Access to Rm 11-400 is via the Building 11 second-floor corridor and elevator, just past the Office of Government and Community Relations (Rm 11-245).

The timing will be announced at a later date for subsequent moves involving the Registrar's Office and the Office of Academic Services. The Registrar's Office will consolidate all of its existing activities from Building 7 and Building 11 into a single location in Building 5, which will include the former News Office space. The Office of Academic Services, with functions currently located in both Buildings 5 and 7, will consolidate into Building 7.
