Japanese forum slated for Jan. 24

The University of Tokyo and the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science will host the "UT Forum 2000" on Monday, Jan. 24 in Wong Auditorium (Building E51). Sessions on research activities involving science, technology and art at the University of Tokyo begin at 12:30pm and conclude with a reception at 6pm.

The event is free and open to the public. A complete listing of speakers is linked to the University of Tokyo home page. Schedules are also available in the Information Center in Rm 7-121.
