This week, Student Services reengineering team members are continuing their rounds of many of the offices and committees providing support to the educational program. These meetings are part of the effort to "listen and learn" from the community. Team members want to hear specific ideas for improving processes as well as suggestions for future redesigns in student services.
Several focus groups will be held this week with students, departmental administrators and support staff. Meetings, individual interviews, and focus groups will continue through December.
An advisory group of students, faculty and staff has been formed and will also begin meeting this week.
