Mail Tip #4


(Tech Talk is presenting a series of suggestions devised by the reengineering Mail Team to help our large community make better use of the mails.)

If you move your office or change your MIT mailing address (building and room number), remember to fill out and mail the Personal Change Notice card in the back of the MIT Faculty and Staff Directory. This updates MIT's personnel records, mailing lists and directories and ensures that mail will be delivered to you more quickly. It also ensures an accurate listing in the MIT Online Directory, which is now updated daily for faculty and staff changes.
